Mahesh Dhillon
Mahesh Dhillon founded Agilyst in 2007 and since has successfully scaled the company to a team of 327. Prior to forming Agilyst in March 2007, Mahesh served in operational leadership positions with Comcast Cable and Comcast Interactive Media. His Comcast experiences included leading several process improvement initiatives including the integration of regional NOCs, near real time measurement of customer experience & identification of customer escalations, development of call center and fulfillment scorecards to drive improvement across the market, development of a new dedicated team to support Business Class customers, and launch of new products that involved field testing.
Besides deep cable field operational experience, Mahesh has led process improvement & optimization activities, mergers & acquisitions and related post merger activities, and financial and process audits with the likes of UBS, KPMG, and Wang Labs.
Mahesh holds a MBA from the renowned University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, a MS in Management of IT from the top rated University of Virginia and is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Charles J. Haven (Chuck)
Chuck Haven joined Agilyst in February 2009 and is responsible for service delivery and account management. Prior to joining Agilyst, Chuck was Vice President of customer care for the Southern New Jersey Area of Comcast Cable. In this role he was responsible for all aspects of customer service for one of the Eastern Division’s largest areas, with approximately 650,000 subscribers. His team also provided Advanced Product support for the entire state of NJ which included an additional 400,000 subscribers.
In addition to his experience with Comcast, Chuck served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of global operations at ICT Group Inc., and also held senior positions at Sereniti Inc., C3i Inc. and Dendrite International, where he handled call center, fulfillment and managed service operations for numerous life science, pharmaceutical, telecom and financial services clients. In addition to his private sector work, Chuck has an extensive and distinguished record of government service. He held senior vice president level positions with the Department of Defense, and rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel in the United States Army. Haven has led international service teams in India, the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
Chuck holds several degrees including an MBA from Babson College in Babson Park, Massachusetts, an MA in Strategic Studies from the US Air Force Staff College in Montgomery, Alabama. He’s also a graduate of the Armed Forces Staff College and the US Army Logistics Management College.
Harvinder S. Mavi
Harvinder S. Mavi is one of the founding members of Agilyst and has been instrumental in helping develop the Indian operations of Agilyst which he currently leads. For the past three years he has been an integral part of launching, delivering, and scaling all of the various support activities being currently delivered to Comcast.
Prior to his experience with Agilyst, Mavi led operational activities for RedHorns Software, an outsourcing services company focused on delivering solutions to the US and UK markets and supported the likes of British Telecom, ADT, and SKY Networks. This experience allows him to leverage his technology background in designing technology driven workflows in supporting Comcast. Prior to RedHorns Harry worked with InMatch.com and Sony Pictures in content distribution.
Mavi holds an MBA from NMIMS, a top 10 management institution in India.
Manvir S. Randhawa
Manvir S. Randhawa is one of the founding members of Agilyst and is responsible for all technology related activities at Agilyst. For the past three, he has been instrumental in leading the design, architecture, development, and deployment of all technology and workflow solutions deployed at Agilyst and in supporting Comcast while ensuring network security and minimizing downtime of tools.
Prior to Agilyst, Manvir led solutions development/delivery for RedHorns Software, an outsourcing services company focused on delivering solutions to the US and UK markets where he was required to develop and deliver cutting edge solutions within record times … a mindset and experience that is now helping Agilyst develop technology driven workflows within record time using an Iterative and Rapid development approaches.
Mavnir holds a Masters in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Management Calcutta, India, one of the leading programs in the country.
Morris P. Whitaker
Morris Whitaker joined Agilyst in October 2009 as a Senior Leader in Account Management. In his role he will be responsible for day-to-day service delivery focused on enhancing Agilyst’s customer interaction monitoring services. Morris brings more than 22 years of experience in call center operations to this role.
Prior to joining Agilyst, he was the Senior Director/Director National Customer Operations & Procurement. In this role Morris served as the strategic leader on operational framework, guidance, and governance in the ongoing management of the Comcast outsource partners. He provided operational and strategic direction to the vendor organizations ensuring a high-quality customer experience, driving profitability and adoption of process improvements in support of the shared services offered across the Comcast footprint.
In addition to his experience with Comcast, Morris served as Executive Director of Customer Service Operations & Process Excellence for Humana Inc. and also held several senior positions at AT&T. He started his career with AT&T in 1987 where he received numerous awards over the years for his work in achieving the company’s strategic business goals in leading several areas of Customer Service Operations. He was recognized as a key player in defining the customer experience during the merger and acquisition of TCI into Broadband. As the Director of Business Development for SAIC, Morris consulted to cable industry leaders, such as Cox Communications and Verizon.
J.S. Gamble III (J. Gamble)
In addition to helping Agilyst develop additional service offerings, as an advisor, Gamble plays the critical role of ensuring seamless communication and delivery between the operational teams of Agilyst and the client teams including identifying opportunities to maximize value from the existing work that Agilyst is already delivering.
Gamble brings over 15years of P&L experience including 13 years of deep Cable MSO experience with Comcast. At Comcast as Regional SVP, Washington Metro / Virginia Region, Jaye led operations for a $1.2 billion business unit, managing a team of over 2,800 and supporting over 1 million households. In this role Gamble led seven successful acquisitions and launched of a host of new products and services including Comcast High-Speed Internet, Digital Video, Digital Video Recorders, Video on Demand, HDTV, and Comcast Digital Voice services. As SVP, Wireless Operations, Gamble served as the Principal Operations Lead for the Sprint-Cable MSO joint venture which jointly developed and then deployed PIVOT- the first commercial converged wireless video, broadband and voice “Quad-play” service in 33 U.S. markets.
Before Comcast, Gamble gained experience with GTE Mobilnet, McKinsey & Company, and Price Waterhouse. Gamble has an M.B.A. from the renowned Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in Telecommunications Policy from George Washington University and a B.S. in Commerce from The McIntire School at The University of Virginia.
